Reading Rockstars
Reading Rockstars is Cresthaven Afterschool’s reading reinforcement program. Led by a certified Reading Specialist, scholars meet one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce reading skills they’re working on in the classroom. The individualized approach and personalized attention helps scholars reach their reading potential, improving academic outcomes and reading fluency. CAF’s Reading Specialist works collaboratively with classroom teachers to develop complementary strategies that purposefully supplement the skills taught in the classroom.
